Allowed to go abroad

SRINAGAR MARCH 14. A local court has granted permission to the surrendered founder member of the JKLF, Mohammad Hashim Qureshi, standing trial for hijacking an Indian Airlines plane to Lahore in 1971, to go to Holland for medical treatment on condition that he would present himself at the court after six weeks.
