The South African selectors will meet tomorrow to name the captain for the tri-series in Sharjah and Bangladesh in April. India is the third team for the event in Bangladesh. The selectors' lack of confidence in Pollock comes after South Africa's elimination from the World Cup in the preliminary stage itself. The frontrunners for the top job are Herschelle Gibbs and Gary Kirsten followed by Graeme Smith, who replaced the injured Jonty Rhodes in the World Cup squad.
