Rajasthan HC Judge resigns

NEW DELHI March 21. Arun Madan, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, has submitted his resignation to the President, following adverse findings against him by a three-member committee set up by the former Chief Justice of India, G.B. Pattanaik, to probe certain allegations.

Headed by the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, B.K. Roy, the committee has submitted its report to the present Chief Justice, V.N. Khare.
