Pondy budget on March 28

Pondicherry March 22. The Pondicherry Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, who is holding the finance portfolio will present the budget for 2003-2004 in the Assembly on Friday (March 28) at 2.30 p.m. The session will commence with the Lieutenant Governor's address to the Assembly on March 27.

Mr. Rangasamy will be presenting budget for the second time since he assumed office in November 2001.
