By Our Special Correspondent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM MARCH. 22. The Chief Minister, A. K. Antony, on Saturday refuted the statement of the UDF convener, Oommen Chandy, that the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police (DGP) had sent their report on the Muthanga incidents to the National Human Rights Commission without the knowledge of the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister clarified that Mr. Chandy had stated so because of a misunderstanding. The Chief Secretary and the DGP had sent the reports after getting his approval.
