In a memorandum submitted to the Chief Minister, N.Chandrababu Naidu here on Monday, P.Jagadishwar, Honorary General Secretary of the Federation, assured on behalf of 35,000 members that if the suggestions are accepted, the consumer will benefit by way of uniform sale price of medicines throughout the country, and there will be better compliance of VAT. He also informed the Chief Minister that a meeting of the FEDTAP held recently decided to close retail and wholesale shops on March 25.
