Increment cut
The Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanam (TTD) authorities punished five of its employees with a cut in their increments as the latter were found guilty of corruption charges. The punishment order came in the wake of findings by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths that the five employees had manipulated quotations relating to purchase of spare parts of Gas Plant and claimed bills for exorbitant rates, according to a press release. Two increments of a Gas Operator, Krishna Swamy and one increment each of the Assistant Executive Engineer, C. Kapilamuni, Deputy Executive Engineer, M. Rama Murthy and Gas Operators, K.
