No bail

NEW DELHI March 24. The Supreme Court today declined to consider the stock broker Ketan Parekh's plea to release him on bail in the case relating to the ``Rs. 120-crore Kolkata Stock Exchange scam'' of March 2001.

A Bench, comprising Justice M.B. Shah and Justice Arun Kumar, told senior counsel for the petitioner, Ram Jethmalani, that it would take up the application on April 14 as investigation was yet to be completed.
