Conscofe Invt. to merge with Tata Coffee

MUMBAI: Conscofe Investment is to merge with its parent company Tata Coffee (TCL) from April 1. The board of TCL has approved the proposal to merge Conscofe, a wholly owned subsidiary, with itself at a meeting held on March 26, TCL informed the BSE.
