Union Law Ministry officials said that they were yet to receive a communication regarding the reported resignation. Mr. Justice Mukherjee was just one week away from being confirmed as Judge of the High Court. He had been appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court for two years in 2001. PTI adds: Mr. Mukherjee said he had resigned for ``personal reasons'' and denied any connection between him and the reported seizure of some of his court files relating to DDA from an official's residence during the CBI raids. ``I have nothing to do with the DDA scam. There is no connection between me and any of the DDA official under the scanner of CBI,'' he said.
