POTA against MLA, husband

WARANGAL APRIL 3. A case has been registered under Prevention Of Terrorism Act against the Congress MLA, Konda Surekha, and her husband, Konda Murali, allegedly linked to the banned People's War here today.

Police said that Gatla Mahipal Reddy, who was arrested at the Hanamkonda bus stand, revealed that Mr. Murali and RK alias Ramakrishna alias Polam Sudarshan Reddy, top PW leader, had met several times in the districts. And at his behest, a plan was prepared to "eliminate" the Circle Inspector of Police, Gulam Samdani, and the MLA, E. Dayakar Rao.
