2 Hizb men arrested

New Delhi April 4. The Delhi Police thwarted a Hizb-ul-Mujahideen plan to strike in the Capital by arresting two terrorists, including its Srinagar area commander, Feroz Ahmad Sheikh. Police said they had come to kill policemen in busy market areas. The two were produced in a local court which remanded them to three-day police custody. — UNI
