Police said today that Atul Kumar was kidnapped from the Gaya railway station on April 3 allegedly by Mr. Yadav and others when he was being escorted from Gujarat to Patna. The case was filed on the basis of the statement of a sub-inspector,who claimed that he along with the businessman and two policemen were kidnapped by Mr. Yadav and others. He, however, managed to escape and subsequently filed the case. - UNI
