Case against Minister

Gaya April 7. A case has been filed with the Rampur Police station in Gaya on Sunday against the Bihar Minister of State for Excise, Surendra Yadav, the RJD MLC, Azad Gandhi, and Pappu Yadav for allegedly kidnapping a businessman and torturing him.

Police said today that Atul Kumar was kidnapped from the Gaya railway station on April 3 allegedly by Mr. Yadav and others when he was being escorted from Gujarat to Patna. The case was filed on the basis of the statement of a sub-inspector,who claimed that he along with the businessman and two policemen were kidnapped by Mr. Yadav and others. He, however, managed to escape and subsequently filed the case.
