Ayodhya peaceful

Ayodhya April 10. Ayodhya was peaceful today after policemen went on the rampage last night, angered by the death of a colleague who fell to death from a watch tower near the disputed land. The Faizabad district magistrate, Alok Kumar, who described the violence by the Provincial Armed Constabulary jawans as ``unfortunate'', said steps were being taken to strengthen security for the devotees, expected to arrive for Ramnavmi fair here tomorrow.
