The Director-General of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Gauri Chatterjee, and senior ASI officials attended the meeting. The ASI has also decided to increase the number of watch and ward staff within the complex. While 6,000 devotees offered prayers at the Bhojshala on Tuesday after the ASI directed the Madhya Pradesh Government to allow Hindus to offer prayers on Tuesdays from dawn-to-dusk, the complex attracted 500 tourists each on both Wednesday and Thursday.
