Fleecing parents

Sir, — The Bombay High Court Bench has given an important ruling in a public litigation case filed by the Forum of Fairness in Education and Prakash Seth by directing the educational authorities to take appropriate decision in the matter of educational institutions' insistence on compulsorily buying school uniforms, books and other educational materials at exorbitant prices. Certainly this would be a great relief to harassed parents.
