Togadia gets bail

Ajmer April 21. A local court today granted bail to the VHP leader, Praveen Togadia, on condition that he would not defy the ban on distribution of tridents, a charge on which he was arrested eight days ago. Granting the bail on two sureties of Rs. 20,000 each and a personal bond of Rs. 40,000, the district and sessions judge, Hari Singh Punia, asked Mr. Togadia to appear personally in the court for every hearing, the Collector, Niranjan Aryan, said.
