BJD rebels snap ties with NDA

By Our Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI APRIL 24. Having decided to chalk out their own course, the rebel MPs in the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) today said that having left their parent organisation, their ties with the National Democratic Alliance too, were snapped. The four Lok Sabha members, who had sought separate seating arrangement in the House, today also emphasised their determination to launch an `oust' Orissa Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, campaign. The rebel MPs added a rider that they would examine "afresh" ties with the NDA at a later date.
