Camping in the capital to rejuvenate workers of his Rashtriya Kranti Party, Mr. Singh denied reports that he was returning to the BJP fold. The BJP general secretary, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, had also said that there was no proposal to bring Mr. Singh back. Mr. Singh, who leads a four-member group in the Assembly, said he was open to an alliance with the Congress in Uttar Pradesh.
