Karunanidhi advised rest

CHENNAI APRIL 28. The DMK president, M.Karunanidhi, has been advised to take rest for a few days and avoid visitors.

Mr.Karunanidhi, who returned here this morning after brief hospitalisation during his visit to Coimbatore, was examined by the cardiologist, Thanikachalam.

According to a party release, the DMK president was normal but was advised to take rest. It appealed to partymen not to disturb Mr. Karunanidhi in their anxiety to meet him.
