Bonanza for phone users

New Delhi April 30. Telecom customers will have a major bonanza, including free incoming calls for cellular phones and a low 40 paise a minute call by Reliance on limited mobile (WLL) networks, while there will be no hike in the rental or reduced pulse rate for land-line phones of the BSNL and the MTNL under the new tariff regime from May 1. — PTI
