Blast at phone exchange

Jammu April 30. Militants today blew up a telecommunications exchange in Rajouri district. The attack, the first of its kind in the border district of Jammu, led to the disruption of services in the area. Police sources told The Hindu that last night a group of militants took position on top of a neighbouring hill and targeted the exchange with Improvised Explosive Device.
