Ankur Garg tops IAS exam

New Delhi May 1. Ankur Garg has topped the list of 286 successful candidates of the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2002, according to results declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today.

Avinash Champawat, Mayank Joshi, Ajay Kumar Mishra, Mayur Maheshwari, Kamal Kishore Yadav, Bhanu Prakash Yeturu and Lokesh Kumar Singh were among the first ten successful candidates, a Commission release said.

S. Awasthy, Swati Sharma and Avatika Gautam were among the 52 women candidates selected. They are also in the top ten positions.
