Soyuz capsule lands safely

MOSCOW MAY 4. The Russian Soyuz capsule carrying the three-man crew of the International Space Station made a safe but hard landing today, missing the designated target site in Kazakhstan by about 440 km, Russian Mission Control said. The crew members were in good health and climbed out of the Soyuz TMA-1 capsule themselves to greet rescue teams. — DPA
