The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court today extended till July 23 the stay on the arrests of the Samajwadi Party president, Mulayam Singh Yadav, and others, in connection with the cases filed by the Uttar Pradesh Government on the misuse of the Chief Minister's discretionary fund and the CD scam. — PTI
