JODHPUR MAY 16. Justice Parakash Tatia of the Rajasthan High Court today stayed till May 23 the arrest of the senior VHP leader, Acharya Dharmendra, after hearing arguments from both the sides on a petition filed by his counsel, Hastimal Saraswat. — PTI
