Wanted criminal held

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM May 18. The Poonthura police today arrested a youth wanted in several cases, including theft and snatching, in various police stations in the city.

The police identified the accused as Shyam Kumar, a resident of Chenkalchoola. He was arrested by a police team led by the sub-inspector (Poonthura), K. M. Prasad, from Ambalathara. The youth was produced before the court and remanded to 14 days in judicial custody.
