An ongoing upsurge in global market pushed up gold in Delhi by Rs. 50 at Rs. 5,625 per 10 grams, a level last seen on December 26, 2002. In Mumbai, it matched with a 3-month high level of Rs 5,635 per 10 grams by recording a gain of Rs. 55 while in Kolkata it shot up by Rs. 70 at Rs 5,720. In Chennai, gold was higher by Rs. 65 at Rs 5,720. PTI
