3 Park hotels become members of Design Hotels

CHENNAI MAY 20. Three luxury boutique Park hotels in Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata of the Apeejay Surrendra Group have become members of Design Hotels Inc.

The German-based Design Hotel Inc. represents and markets an international collection of design-oriented city hotels under the brand Design Hotels.

Robert Deiner, Vice President and COO, Design Hotels, and Mira A. Szarata, director business development, Asia, told presspersons here today that Design Hotels so far had tied up with 104 hotels across the world as of now and each hotel distinguishes itself through innovative interior design and architecture and a strong identity.

The sales and marketing tie up with Design Hotels is expected to increase the occupancy ratio by 8-10 per cent in the coming years, V. V. Giri, General Manager, Park, Chennai, said.
