Swamy calls on Advani

By Our Special Correspondent

CHENNAI May 20. The Janata Party president, Subramanian Swamy, today called on the Deputy Prime Minister, L.K. Advani, and raised matters of "internal security, arising out of LTTE activities in Tamil Nadu".

In a press release issued here, Dr. Swamy said he told Mr. Advani that the Multi Disciplinary Monitoring Agency (MDMA), whose term ends by May-end, had not yet carried out its task of `extraditing' the LTTE chief, Prabakaran. He urged Mr. Advani to ensure that the MDMA completed this task before its term was over.
