D-Link signs MoU with Gigabyte

MUMBAI: D-Link India has informed BSE that Gigabyte Technology of Taiwan and the company have decided to fortify their existing relationship and have signed a memorandum of understanding to promote a joint venture company, Digi Giga Systems. The company will hold majority stake in the JV. The new venture, Digi Giga Systems Ltd, expects to capture a minimum 30 per cent market share in the first year of its operation.
