PM meets President

New Delhi May 24. The President, A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, and the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, today held a one-to-one meeting soon after the Cabinet reshuffle and expansion and discussed various issues facing the nation.

The meeting lasted about 20 minutes, according to Rashtrapati Bhavan sources.

It was stated that the meeting was part of a regular interaction between the two leaders on matters of importance.
