Letters to the Editor
Sir, The Bar Council of India's demand for the immediate transfer of High Court judges whose relatives practise in the same courts is justified. But it will be better to strike at the root cause of corruption by making it compulsory to appoint all judges of High Courts outside of their home States, a move which will effectively check increasing corruption in the higher courts. Subhash Chandra Agrawal, Delhi
