By Our Staff Reporter

BANGALORE MAY 26. If parents are on the lookout for a school which promises to pay individual attention to their children and prepare them for the challenges ahead in life, all in the midst of lush greenery, ample space for horse riding, tent pegging, buggy rides, and swimming, then the Indus International School could be an option.

According to the school authorities, the institution believes in empowering students, strengthening their ability to make the right choices in life, and enabling them to act as leaders within the community.

Indus International School, which is 30 km. from Bangalore, will have bus service for day scholars.

The school will have classes from kindergarten to Grade 12, and offers the flexibility of day schooling, and weekly and full-term boarding options.

The medium of instruction is English and the curriculum leads to the International Baccalaureate or International General Certificate for Secondary Education of the University of Cambridge (U.K.) and ICSE/ISC.

Sophisticated IT infrastructure integrates offline and online learning and provides an approach to information through a library and digital hook-ups with Internet and online libraries, according to the officials of the school.

Horse riding, swimming, gymnastics, and sports are also taught. The school's academic session will begin on July 14 from Prep. 1 to Grade 9.

The school is located at Sarjapur Hobli, Anekal taluk, Bangalore Rural District. For more information, call 7823918, 5355150, 535525, or 5355454 or refer to its website www.indusschool.com.
