ITI rechristened

CHENNAI: Investment Trust of India (ITI) has changed its name to HFCL Infotel Ltd. with effect from May 12, according to a notification from the Madras Stock Exchange. It may be recalled that HFCL Infotel, a mobile service provider in Punjab, was merged with ITI some time back on a reverse merger basis. The merged entity has now been renamed HFCL Infotel Ltd. The reverse merger has given HFCL Infotel the listed status.
