Colgate's second interim
Colgate-Palmolive (India) has declared a second interim dividend of 20 per cent, that is, Rs. 2 per share, for the financial year 2002-03. The company had paid a first interim dividend of 22.5 per cent on December 13, 2002. With the second interim dividend, the total dividend for 2002-03 now stands at 42.5 per cent.
The interim dividend requires a total payout of Rs. 30.60 crores, inclusive of dividend distribution tax, says a company release.
