The mission to Dhaka, in which 34 leading women activists participated, said on its return here that the issue of movement of people across the borders, especially in South Asia, needed to be addressed with ``human understanding of economic and livelihood compulsions''. ``Rather than resorting to witch hunting, the Governments must resolve the issue with a human approach,'' the delegation member and chairperson of the West Bengal Commission for Women, told PTI.
