Issuing a notice to the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Jadeja's plea that he may be allowed to play domestic cricket in India and league matches in England, a Division Bench comprising Justice B.A. Khan and Justice O.P. Dwivedi allowed Jadeja to play, subject to his selection, all matches in the domestic circuit but directed the BCCI to file its reply by July 21 on the cricketer's request to play league matches in England.
