Letters to the Editor
Sir, The latest peace initiatives by India and Pakistan are nothing but a sheer drama for international consumption and are bound to bounce back sooner or later once Pakistan raises the issue of referendum in Jammu and Kashmir. India will not agree to that and Pakistan will not settle for anything less. Going for an all-out war is not possible and proxy war is the most successful weapon as demonstrated by Pakistan.
