Ittina launches new scheme

Bangalore May 30. Ittina Properties Private Limited launched a new property scheme to be applicable to its 11 projects here on Thursday.

Situated in different areas of the City, offering different sizes, features and amenities and priced between Rs.2.5 lakh and Rs.25 lakh the projects of Ittina cater to the requirements of all segments of future home owners. It has three new concepts to revolutionise the real estate market in the State, according to the company's President, I.Mahabaleswarappa.

Mr. Mahabaleswarappa said during a conventional apartment sale, the buyer pays not only for his living area, but also for the shared common areas such as corridors, lifts and gardens. Ittina's new scheme charges the buyer only for the living area. Thus, Ittina says, a buyer can save as much as Rs.1.65 lakh.

Another scheme is the payment of pre-EMI (equated monthly instalments) interest. Mr. Mahabaleswarappa said that the buyer would not have to pay the interest component (pre-EMI) of his housing loan during the construction period. Under the scheme, the builder would pay the interest till possession was given to the buyer.

According to him, the final concept will see 100 per cent furnishing of the apartment from geysers and light fittings to bedsheets by the builders themselves at no extra cost.
