Under the scheme information regarding the latest updated position and status of its allottees for the Vasant Kunj, Dwarka and Sarita Vihar HIG Housing Scheme 2002 will be displayed on the website. The availability of easy information will help the allottees as they will no longer have to visit DDA to know the status of their case and will also be able to complete the formalities, if any, as mentioned in the website. Stating that it has already made information regarding pending cases of conversion of residential properties from lease- hold to free-hold available on its website, DDA said now details on allotments of 765 flats in Vasant Kunj, and 1163 in Dwarka and Sarita Vihar have been placed on the net. Under these schemes, possession letters are being issued and conveyance deeds are being executed for all those successful allottees who had deposited the demanded amount and documents as per the terms and conditions of the allotment. On the other hand action for cancellation and refund has been initiated for allottees who have not deposited the demanded amount or document. Also, cheques have been dispatched to some of the allottees who had demanded a refund.
