IT returns

New Delhi May 30. The Centre today extended the last date for submitting the Income-Tax returns for this fiscal in the electronic format to September.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended the date for submission of return of income for the assessment year 2003-04 under Section 139(1B) of the Income Tax Act from July 31 to September 30, an official release said here. — PTI
