Fifth edition of Carthage Investment Forum in Tunis

CHENNAI MAY 31. The Fifth Edition of the `Carthage Investment Forum', a forum dedicated to international partnerships and joint ventures jointly promoted by the Tunisian Ministry of Development and International Cooperation and the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA) will take place in Tunis from June 19 to 21.

The 2003 edition will focus on sectors such as electrical and electronics, pharmaceuticals, plastic, rubber and chemical industries, mechanical and automotive components industries, textile and apparel, leather, agriculture and agro industries and packaging, according to a communication from the Tunisian Embassy to the Indo-Tunisia Friendship Association. The event would help Indian businessmen to have first hand assessment of Tunisia's business and investment environment and incentives. The programme includes presentations on investment environment and opportunities, including privatisation and concessions in Tunisia.
