Sir, Doordarshan channels were received earlier by installing an antenna. Is it possible to receive free channels in a similar way? If so, cable operators may provide pay channels only. If a number of subscribers, say in flats, agree upon the channels, in order to share the cost of Set-Top Box , instal a single set at the head of the cable connection and then distribute the lines to individuals, then how is the amount to be paid individually or collectively?
