SC 'no' to BCCI plea

NEW DELHI JUNE 2. The Supreme Court today declined to entertain an appeal filed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) challenging a Delhi High Court order allowing Ajay Jadeja to play domestic cricket if he was selected.

Disposing of a special leave petition, a vacation Bench asked the BCCI to approach the Division Bench of the High Court to seek modification or changes in its May 28 interim order.
