5 killed in Pak. shelling

BARAMULLA JUNE 5. At least five persons were killed and seven injured — some of them critically — when Pakistani troops resorted to shelling in Keran, Karnah, Teetwal and Uri sectors last evening.

Official sources told UNI today that Pakistani troops fired mortars and artillery shells in Karnah sector from across the border targeting security force installations and civilian areas near the Line of Control.
