They need help

Sir, — Victims, maimed in road accidents, come to court for relief. Some of them are helped and supported by their relatives. Some crawl. A few of them find it difficult to sit on the floor. If wheelchairs are provided in courts, it will help them and they can move around freely and with dignity.
