There was no report of any casualties, the police said. The ultras detonated an improvised explosives device on the tracks near Sesapani under the Fakira Gaon police station at around 9.30 p.m. as the goods train, carrying cement, approached. The train, which was going to Dharmanagar in Tripura, had 40 wagons of which nine got derailed. PTI
