New phone nos for Fire Control Room

BANGALORE June 22. The direct telephone numbers of the Central Fire Control Room in the City are 2971500, 2971550 and 2971600. The five-line number "101'' will, however, remain unchanged.

The earlier numbers — 2251780, 2251781, 2251782, 2251785, 2251786 and 2251787 — are not available now.

The numbers were changed with the introduction of Centrex Telephone Network for Fire Services in Bangalore city, according to a release.
