Vishweshateertha to hold talks with Kanchi Acharya

By Our Staff Correspondent

BIJAPUR JUNE 23. Vishweshateertha Swami of Pejavar Math, who had earlier disapproved the ``unilateral'' mediation efforts by the Kanchi Sankaracharya, Sri Jayendra Saraswati, on the Ayodhya tangle, on Monday softened his stand after the latter assured him that he would take everybody into confidence before arriving at a settlement.

Addressing a press conference at Bagalkot, he said he would be meeting the Kanchi Acharya in the first week of July and exchange ideas.
